Missing You

Looking up there knowing you're looking at me I'm wondering what the world may be. Maybe somewhere down the road I know it will be better for me. Trying to keep my head up but every time I wish you were here with me. I miss the way you laugh I miss the way you look. I know someday I will be right by your side laughing like we used to do. Together in my heart forever we will be my Grandpa and I together we'll be.

Silence

Silence is all I hear.

My silence fears others.
When I don't mean to be feared.

I come off being shy.

Why should I keep trying to make people better.

Haunted

Looking out into the dark night
I see your face looking back at me
I get up to get close to you
But then you disappeared.

Whistling I hear in the dark hallway
I call out your name
THERE I SEE A SHADOW
I swear it was you

Creaking doors, eyes watching your very move from paintings
Are you here or am I imagining things?
I open the door and quickly swung it open
You run away from me

I see blood on the floor
Did you do this?
I see a hand print on the wall
Where are you?

I'm in this house by myself... So I thought
But I feel you everywhere I go.
What do you want? I ask
And with a whisper you tell me...
"Death is on your way."

Anger

Looking at the door
I'm waiting for you
I hear footsteps
My anger is getting worse
I look at the table next to me
There is a loaded hand gun
The lights are off and I just wait...
The door slowly opens
The drunken man walks in
Smelling like stripper perfume
He turns on the lights
He see's me, then he see's the gun
I grab it and asked for answers
He thinks its a joke
He thinks I won't do it
But wait...
I'm scared....
I'm weak....
He starts to get close
I got scared and then...
BANG. BANG. BANG.
The gun is shot he drops to the floor
A tear runs down my face
I get on my knees
Dropped the gun
Grabbed the phone
I called the cops
I reported myself for two deaths
One of my husbands
And one of myself
I grabbed the gun
I put it to my head......BANG!!!!!!!
The gun was fired again
Cops came storming in
Sees me as the gun falls
And then me
They tried to save me
But it was to late
I have gone past the light.

I see him staring
Staring at me.
I feel his warmth
His body next to mine.
My heart starts racing when I look at him
I feel like I'm going to faint
But then I start to breath.
I think of him day and night
Thinking everything is going to be alright.

I listen to him sing
He sings to me.
My heart starts to race
It races when he gets close to me.
He makes me laugh,
He makes me smile
How lucky am I to be with him
He is my one and only
and I'm his only one.

I watch him watching me
We don't speak a word
But then we laugh.
It's like he knows what I'm thinking
And I know what he is thinking.
It's like having a moment
That we will never forget.

Gone

Stick three knives through my heart
As it flies away
Watch the blood drip down
As I start to fade away.
